Following hot on the heels of my own birthday comes the birthday of the Pedigree Dogs web site.
I suppose in dog years we are nearly the same age.
One of the funniest birthday cards I got this year was from a very good friend in West Cork.
The inside of the card read:
” Hope your birthday is full of simple pleasures ”
The outside of the card is as per the above picture.
I think it sums up our dogs completely, as they don’t ask for much from us to be completely happy, and if we provide them with life’s simple pleasures, they reward us with as much unconditional love as we can take.
Kind of sums up why we set this web site up in the first place.
Anyway, 4 years down, here’s to the next 4 !
Now all sing together “Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, I saw a big golden dog, and he was having a ….”
