Yesterday, courtesy of Our Dogs Ireland, the list of judges for the Hound Association Of Ireland, Championship Show to be held on the 13-08-11 was published.

She will also be judging the following day at Clonmel and District Canine Club Championship Show, where she is judging a lot of breeds in Group 8
This is the only single show on the Island of Ireland that you can try and qualify your Standard Smooth Dachshund for next years Crufts.
Some people have mentioned before that they think the Crufts qualifier each year should be your breeds club show, whereby it is always a breed specialist appointed on the day.
Do you think that as it is a hound show, that the very least, the judge appointed for this one roll of the dice re Crufts qualification (for a lot of hound exhibitors in Ireland) would at least come from a breed within the hound group ?
